Thanks for visiting my personal webpage! I am an attorney specializing in transactional, IP, and privacy law. I am also a Board Member of EFF-Austin, a local digital rights nonprofit.

I am deeply fascinated by the uncharted growth of IP, privacy, and free speech law in the context of emerging technologies and online communication. I also like to keep up with budding tech policy issues—particularly those that stem from managing online communities, DRM, and the democratization of information. 

In my free time, I like to dabble in film and low-light photography.
